A really great day, perfect weather, sunny, a light breeze, no bugs, lots of birds, and wonderful people to share it with. We walked the “old” section of the Papermill Trail in Lisbon, a trail which has lots of people walking, the parking lot is always full. We started on the new section UNDER the highway and it was birdy, including the Baltimore Oriole which had not been seen recently from the parking lot. We also had an Eastern Kingbird on a nest from there. The loop at the top of the tail from the grassy section of the old road to back by the school was also particularly birdy. We had 43 species.
