September 17th…Beginners Bird Walk at St. Peters Cemetery… Participants–Penny Jessup, Nina Kidwell, and Bruce and Sandy Kunath, Leader Steve Reed. Beautiful weather and 4 people on their 1st Stanton bird walk. The participants were interested in flowers and we spent some time “botanizing”. They found a large stand of Fringed Gentians on the trail going to the Gulf Dam. We were able to identify 21 birds
