What a great day. We walked the Sylvester and Benjamin “farms” in Auburn. Dry, sunny, warm … but oh those bugs, black flies were extremely annoying. But the birds were doing their best to eat them.. and what birds! We had 13 warblers including Blackburnian plus great looks at Indigo Bunting, Baltimore Orioles, Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, and a Scarlet Tanager. Seven people participated … the rest of you missed a great walk.
