This morning 18 people walked the Hallelujah Farm in Lisbon. This was
our first walk here and it is a fabulous location. Many fields all
filled with Bobolinks, lots of Baltimore Orioles, Rose-breasted
Grosbeaks, Eastern Kingbirds, and swallows nesting … Cliff, Barn, and
Tree. We also had baby Killdeer and 3 or 4 Green Herons! We walked in
woods and down to the Androscoggin River. Surely a location we hope to
return to often. It does have an easement with the Androscoggin Land
Trust but it is not open to the public. Dana Little made the
arrangements and lead us. We all thank the owners for allowing us to come.
