Hi everyone. We had a GREAT walk this morning in Lisbon on the Papermill Trail. Lots of great birds (Louisiana Waterthrush, Common Goldeneye, and EIGHT warblers) 44 species in total and we were 13 people. The sun was out most of the time but there was a mild breeze. We were perhaps a week early but still great birds. Where we turn around by the CMP substation there were TWO new homes built in the “former” field with another ready to be started.
We also had a nice Red Fox with a fish and Trout Lilies were open in profusion. We missed Blue Jay, surprisingly, and the Bobolinks were not back yet. But here is what we did have: (H) for heard only.
