Eight people attended the walk this morning on the Riverside Trail,
Lewiston. We walked Sunnyside Park to Tall Pines and back with a detour
through Riverside Cemetery. The weather was quite nice, no wind, no
rain, comfortable at first but by the end it was hot. Fortunately most
of the trail is in the shade. The “best” birds were two Green Herons
near the outlet of Bobbin Brook and two Northern Flickers near the
start. We missed Bald Eagles and the only ducks were many Mallards.
