The Warren Warbler Walk was held today to take advantage of the current migration wave, and to keep the WWW tradition alive. We started at 7:00 am, just shortly after the overnight rain stopped. The intermittent  sun and clouds gave way to mostly sun.
All in all it was a good morning, although there were a few conspicuous no-shows; no thrushes or Thrashers, no Scarlet Tanagers, no Indigo Buntings or Rose-breasted Grosbeaks, and the warblers were a bit scarce.  Highlight of the day was seeing two Meadowlarks chasing each other across the field.
Participants: Doug Boyd, Paula Schlax, and Dan Marquis: Leader and recorder.
