We walked the perimeter trail on the west side of the Brunswick Landing
runways. The weather was near perfect, filtered sun and comfortably
warm. The birds were those now nesting in our area. For my group the
bird of the day was a male and female Eastern Towhee, cooperative enough
for everyone to see them. We also found a Chipping Sparrow nest with
young being fed by one of the parents.
